Intended for adults, but accessible for youth 14 and over, this workshop endeavours to help participants better understand how stress affects our mental and physical health and introduces the practice of mediation as one tool to combat these effects. It is a practical approach to building resiliency and wellness into our every day lives. We will finish the workshop off with a guided mediation. Tickets available at fitfest.ca under ‘tickets’.
